We accept UPI, credit & debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets — all via Razorpay. COD may be available for select pincodes.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes — within 12 hours of placing it. Email hello@boobooandpaws.com with your order number. After 12 hours, the order may already be dispatched.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, immediately after purchase. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. Times may vary slightly by location and product availability.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is shipped. Use it to follow your order in real time.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A small fee applies to orders below this threshold.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently India only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future.

Are your baby products safe?

Absolutely. All baby products are BPA-free, non-toxic, and made from food-grade or child-safe materials that meet safety standards.

Are your pet products vet-approved?

We carefully select products that are pet-safe and, where applicable, vet-recommended. Safety details are included in each product description.

What age groups are baby products suitable for?

Most of our range is suitable from newborn up to 24 months, with select items going up to 3 years. Age suitability is noted on each listing.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Email us at hello@boobooandpaws.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount code” field and click Apply. The discount reflects instantly in your total.

Can I use more than one code per order?
