Eligibility

What can be returned

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items not eligible: opened skincare or hygiene products, opened pet food or treats, used or washed items, and gift sets that have been opened.

Process

How to initiate a return

  1. Email hello@boobooandpaws.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions and address
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to us
  4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange

Who pays for return shipping

If the return is due to our error — wrong item, damaged, defective — we cover the return shipping cost entirely.

If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, the customer bears the shipping cost.
